Club Champs results from Atlantic College 10k:

• Simon Osborne 36.14 2nd V50 20 points 
• Adrian Cartlidge 40.15 19 points,
• Debbie Cooke 41.52 2nd V40 20 points.

Other results:

• Adrian Cartlidge - despite blowing up after setting off at a blistering pace, ran Llanelli half marathon in very creditable 1.30.35
• Richard Jones and Richard Gambling took part in Port Talbot Wheelers 2up 25 mile time trial coming in 6th in 1.00.35 taking the mixed team prize.
• Simon Osborne took part in the Clumber Classic Duathlon finishing 6th in his age group in 2.09.31 despite picking up a hard to avoid 2 min drafting penalty - much to his frustration, but has qualified for the Worlds and European duathlon champs - well done Simon.
