Junior Cycling Skills Training at Llandow Racetrack
To all Club juniors and entrants to Pencoed Junior Tri/Fun2Tri Sunday 30th May
The last in our present series of junior cycling training sessions will take place at Llandow this Weds 26th May 5.15-6.15pm £2 per child
Last chance to practice transitions and distances before the Junior tri this Sunday 30th May. We’ll also look at how to set up your transition area, what to expect on the day, what to wear etc. We have one or two spaces left in most junior tri waves so if you want to get your friends to join you there’s still time!
We hope to run a series of junior sessions again later in the year. If anyone is interested in undertaking a coaching course with a view to leading a club junior section please let us know.
The session will be suitable for:
Participants will be grouped in ability levels. Competent juniors will be able to move onto the senior session. The session is fully insured and coached by British Triathlon qualified coaches who are CRB checked. Children should initially come with an adult and a consent form must be signed before going on the track. Bikes must be in a roadworthy condition and approved cycle helmets must be worn at all times when riding on the track.
The Llandow racetrack is situated on the B4268 between the A48 and Llantwit Major. http://www.llandow.com/location.htm
