The purpose is for a CLUB GET-TOGETHER.  ALL MEMBERS and their families are WELCOME. 

Our chef for the evening is the infamous Chef le Bry-ant (aka Caroline) who will dazzle us with her culinary skills.  The menu is as follows:

  • Tuna pasta bake
  • Pasta with chicken in tomato and garlic sauce
  • A fantastic veggie option (TBA)

Food is FREE OF CHARGE - drinks available at the bar.

a 6 mile multi-terrain run starting from Brynna, nr Llantrisant on SUNDAY 14th MARCH 2010.  the run includes a 1-mile climb rising to 900 feet followed by an undulating mountain track with stunning views of the taff ely wind farm downhill to the finish line for a well deserved hot drink.   Download the race pack and send to Mike ASAP

  • Objective setting
  • Planning a training schedule/season
  • Swim technique and pacing
  • What to wear
  • Nutrition
  • Transition
  • The rules of triathlon
  • Bike set-up and technique
  • Running after cycling
  • Post-race reviews of performance

We will attempt to adapt the programme to the needs of the participants.   This day is for people in their first season of triathlon.  If you wish to attend, please contact one of the Committee (Mike, Debbie, Alan, Caroline or Morgan) by Tuesday 2nd March 2010.   The fee for the day is likely to be £10 but this will be confirmed after 2nd March when we know the number interested.
