HIT THE CARDIFF BURN HEATWAVE Taste adventure by taking part in a novel multi-sport event coming to Cardiff Bay this October. Make the best of your summer fitness by squeezing in this one last event before the clocks go back.  Cardiff Burn is on October 24 in Cardiff Bay at 10am. It will involve 10 km running, 35 km cycling and 3km kayaking.  The race begins as a group start around the famous Cardiff Barrage....
