The junior triathlon held on Sunday was a great success. The 90 entrants were all of a very high standard and everyone had a fantastic day. Hi All,   Fab showing for Pencoed Tri at the recent Gower Duathlon standard distance event 10km/43km/5km (a dubious 5k!)  which was also a Welsh Championship event.   Next Event - Merthyr Mawr 5km  Weds 26th May 7.30pm Registration Bridgend AC clubhouse (need to allow time to walk/warm up to start) http://www.bridgendac.co.uk/news.php   As this may not suit some members who want to train Weds night we're adding...
